End raciss, ban clowns

Apparently clowns are no longer permitted to mock certain sacred personages in the Land of the Formerly Free:
The fallout from a Missouri rodeo clown’s mockery of President Obama continued as the Missouri State Fair said it will force all clowns to undergo sensitivity training and the head of the state rodeo-clown organization resigned. The state fair commission voted Monday to ratify its decision to ban for life the clown in question who wore an Obama mask....

But the state commission went further Monday, saying it will require that before the Missouri Rodeo Cowboy Association can take part in any future state fair, “they must provide evidence to the director of the Missouri State Fair that they have proof that all officials and subcontractors of the MRCA have successfully participated in sensitivity training.”
When Robert Heinlein wrote of the Crazy Years, he little knew how right he would one day be.  The insane thing is that clowns are being sent to insensitivity training for fear of their antics stoking white racism, meanwhile, "juveniles and young adults" of some mysterious and unidentifiable race are beating the hell out of clueless white liberals in Ramsey County about 15 minutes from where I used to live.
The victim, Ray Widstrand, 26, of St. Paul, reportedly was in critical condition at Regions Hospital with potentially fatal brain swelling. Police found Widstrand lying on the ground, bleeding from his nose and mouth, his pants removed and shirt torn, according to a criminal complaint filed by the Ramsey County attorney's office.... According to the complaint, Widstrand was attacked when he tried to walk through a group of 30 to 50 juveniles and young adults fighting near Payne and Minnehaha avenues in the Payne-Phalen neighborhood about 11:30 p.m. Sunday.
Providing every clown in the country with sensitivity training is not going to blind whites, Hispanics, and Asians to the fact that "juveniles and young adults" of some mysterious and unidentifiable race are attacking and killing whites all over the country because they hate them.  Desegregation is a complete and utter failure, and if legal segregation is not permitted, the historical solution of popular violence will be inevitable, with Hispanics leading the way.

I suspect the main reason it hasn't started yet is that the only whites dumb enough to put themselves in a position to be harmed by these feral packs of vibrant juveniles and diverse young adults of the sort pictured above tend to either be homeless or come from liberal families.  There are millions of families in the USA whose response to a child being attacked and murdered would not be the feeble confusion expressed by Ray Widstrand's father.

"I can't imagine why someone would do this to another person."

No, obviously he can't.  And that's precisely why his son is now lying half-dead at Regions Hospital. Every father should have the Derbyshire Talk with his children. It might be a lifesaver.

How frigging dumb do you have to be not to know that you should AVOID mobs of blacks? Even if the mobs are NOT already fighting?

Larry Auster rightly called such people Eloi.

"I can't imagine why someone would do this to another person. Hopefully they'll ... at least answer to that," Peter Widstrand added.

Moron Eloi father raises moron Eloi son. I can easily imagine why blacks attack whites, since it happens so often.

Four young males have been arrested after the senseless, brutal beating of a man

Young males.... not blacks... "senseless" not "a savage mob of blacks attacking a white guy because he is white".

The first story reads like an Onion piece.

Sensitivity training? For rodeo clowns?

I had an uncle who was a rodeo clown some forty or fifty years ago. He wasn't the type of man you'd send to sensitivity training. In fact, if you suggested it he might beat you up, set your house on fire and shoot your dog just for using the term "sensitivity training", but that was in a different era.

I cannot believe how far we have fallen, how pathetic and docile we've become in such short order and in the face of such soft, effeminate and shrewish overlords.

It's got to be in whatever they're spraying from those jets every few days, or in the water or GMO foods because the neutering is almost complete.

And the reason the poor beaten senseless man's father can't imagine why is because his mind hasn't the vocabulary to understand- all the terms and common knowledge have been erased, one television program at a time until he no longer has access to the data that would clear up the mystery at the heart of the beat down.

Now if his son had been Oprah...

They only way I am walking through that is when packing heat. And it has to be serious heat. I don't think a handgun is going to cut it. Perhaps some wafting Phosgene (COCl2) gas shot in the area ahead of time, or maybe an Uzi.

Perhaps some SAM (surface-to-air) missiles to give me cover, like it helped Egypt fighting against Israel on the Sinai Peninsula during the 1973 Yom Kippur War.

What I find interesting is that these yoofs were already brawling, yet they easily dispersed afterwards. Meaning they were fighting, but they didn't really mean it. They weren't causing serious damage, until Whitey showed up.

@MarkP

I have both hard and soft copies of the Derbyshire's piece. It's the reason I never stop or get off the Interstate in and around Detroit.

They really should develop that into a federated city and let each branch (Wayne State, DMC, Gilbertville, Hantz Farm, etc) police themselves.

Until you can reach an enclave like Livonia, Gross Pointe, the north end of Southfield, Royal Oak/Ferndale behind the wall, or (maybe) Roseville, but never Ecorse, the only safe place in Detroit is the Wayne State protectorate. Wayne State has police who are professionals, not out to settle a grudge, who operate more like community cops than the SWAT team. They police the environs of the campus. Flint has the same phenomenon - escape to Swartz Creek, Flint Township, Burton, or Grand Blanc (but never north of Flint; they will kill you), or get to Mott College, where there is a campus police force bigger than the remaining Flint city cops.

I suspect that there's a good trade in replacement rims in the inner suburbs.

I remember when Reginald Denny went public after having the living shit kicked out of him by those filthy brick throwing niggers at Florence & Normandie. After recovering he's on Phil Donahue shaking hands with one of the jigs that beat his ass for no reason. That kind of nonsense only emboldens the next generation of "youths" and others that it's ok to beat whitey. Maybe things would be different today if Denny would have recovered and went ape shit, pun intended, with an 870 or 500 on some random LA street jigs.

The existence of 'sensitivity training' is proof of a society of sissies. Nations prosper and are sustained under the guidance of men with minds of steel. 'Sensitivity' is for people who can't deal with life's cruel reality, women and children and perpetual infants who think crying will get their their way.

In a just society all the members of the Missouri State Fair who were in favor of the decision to persecute this clown for his political satire (seriously, don't these people recognize satire when they see it?) would be made slaves of the clown, along with their immediate families, all their property transferred to him. They would be slaves of the clown, and their children would be his slaves, and their children's children. Slaves. To a clown.

But much like in North Korea it would seem it is forbidden for Americans to criticize their glorious leader.

As to the 'racist' issue, the whole "The crowd enthusiastically approved, according to spectators, one of whom compared it to a Ku Klux Klan rally and said his mixed-race family felt threatened." thing: Blacks are as delusional as the progs whom they learned their delusions from. The majority of them, like the progs, are now as ever still only fit for slavery.

It is the return of the noble institution of hereditary servitude, that was the glory of civilization from Persepolis to Ion to Rome, that will ultimately save western culture.

Anonymous DonReynolds August 14, 2013 10:04 AM

I think this sensitivity thing is completely backwards. Instead of making everyone else MORE sensitive, we need to require the offended few to take training to make them LESS sensitive. Apparently, that is the problem.....the few whine-asses and cry babies, who wish everyone was like themselves. Grow up, sonny. But more importantly, grow some skin, make your hide a little thicker.

Hey, if I do not like some of the things that Negroes do, does that mean they have to take sensitivity training so I won't be offended? I see no difference between me being offended and them being offended. (I am certain Sen. Claire McCaskill does.)

Yeah, I have met a lot of Yankees who thought Missouri was a Southern state. Like Kentucky, they never were.

The post-Christian world isn't going to be a rational secular scientific-based utopia, it's going to be hell on earth where life - your life - has no value.

Anonymous DonReynolds August 14, 2013 10:20 AM

I can tell by some of the comments here, some of you do not go to the rodeo.
A rodeo clown is not a circus clown. The rodeo clown is not there to throw peanuts and scare little kids. The rodeo clown is actually a hero.....the bravest sob that rushes in to distract the raging animal so they can recover (save) the rodeo cowboy from being more seriously injured. The rodeo clowns are the ones who rush in when there is a problem between cowboy and animal. They are absolutely the first responders. So I kinda doubt the required sensitivity training nonsense is going to intimidate them or shame them or make them blubber and cry.

Anonymous DonReynolds August 14, 2013 10:24 AM

It's quickly coming to the point where we will no longer travel via Detroit. If we go South, e.g. Florida, we will likely go via Buffalo even though it is longer. Blogger yttik August 14, 2013 10:29 AM

I simply love rodeo clowns. In a contest for dominance, the clown win hands down. You take one look at a clown and you slowly back away and go find a lessor ranking target to pitch your hysterics at. (Ouch, I am so in trouble for saying that.)

As you already know, my kind can be quite fickle and capable of loving both at the same time. I find I rather like it.

What really pisses me off is this quote from the linked article: "...Charlie Spiering of The Washington Examiner cited a 1994 case of a rodeo clown wearing a mask of George H.W. Bush..."

Rodeo clowns have a long history of making fun of politicians and famous people. But because this politician happens to be a person of color, suddenly it's wrong. Clowns are banned from the profession. People have to resign. Sensitivity classes are mandated for everyone and media outlets muse about the racism of the Republican base. This is so far beyond farcical I thought it came from The Onion at first.

Racism is the DEFAULT opinion of any liberal looking at any non-liberal doing anything whatsoever. Brush your teeth with white toothpaste? Racist! Why, if you are a Black non-liberal, you are racist against your own people (look at the accusations periodically and paradoxically leveled at Larry Elder, for a good example of that).

Never mind the utter insanity of sensitivity training for CLOWNS.

Point from history here: I was a jester for Halloween two years ago, and as part of psyching myself up for my costume, I did some reading about the history of jesters. Jesters actually had what I would consider to be a fairly important role in Europe, which is that they were someone who could say whatever they liked to the king, criticize him any way they liked, and do so safely. This served the valuable purpose of sometimes drawing the attention of the king to something stupid he was doing.

For instance, there was one jester who served a king who had a habit of signing documents without reading them. The jester (with the help of certain of the king's administators) had the king given a document stating that he was abdicating for 2 weeks in favor of his own jester. The king signed it, and the jester reigned in court for the next 2 weeks of misrule. The king got the point.

If we are now at a point where the 'jester' (circus clowns) are no longer allowed to criticize the king (president Obama), then our level of freedom and civilization is arguably now below that of medieval Europe.

I was back in the states this summer. Flew into Atlanta late at night. My brother picked me up and we went looking for a place to eat. I was shocked by how many places we drove by where he said "Can't go there." Because they were black clubs or black restaurants. And walking in would be suicide. (Was also shocked when he locked and loaded immediately after leaving the airport. The country I live in has a strict no gun policy, so it took a few days to get used to the presence of guns again.)

I can't imagine the butthurtedness that would be displayed if there was a single place where a black person couldn't enter on pain of death. Maybe there are such places run by other ethnics, I don't know.

Second observation. In two years since I'd been back, I noticed a ton more spanish speakers. As in no hablo english or not bothering with it. So much for integration. And I noticed a higher number of black guys with white girls, though not the converse.

Also when did newspapers become so skinny? And where is all the ammo at? The shelves were empty. That is all I have to report.

I cannot believe how far we have fallen, how pathetic and docile we've become in such short order and in the face of such soft, effeminate and shrewish overlords.

Frustrating, yes. Not sure about pathetic. Remember, the people who are getting the shaft here are the ones with the longer time perferences, the ones least likely to impulsive behavior. And lashing out against the idiocy would be rash, impulsive, and costly at the moment. Most of these people - most of us - have decent lives still, income, homes, families. Too much to lose, and too much of a history of solving these problems politically instead of violently. Prosperity and tradition restrain the productive classes.

For the moment. The jackals - true to their myopia - are destroying both of those restraints. Our prosperity diminishes year by year, and our traidition (rodeo clowns count and so do the Boy Scouts, along with things like due process, fair elections, an apolitical military, free speech...) are trashed one after the other.

Freedom isn't just another name for nothing left to lose, but having nothing left to lose certainly does give you greater freedom of action.

Anonymous WaterBoy August 14, 2013 1:06 PM

The thing that rankles the most about the rodeo clown incident is that the whole thing was a simple comedy skit. In between events, they put on an act where the clown wearing the Obama mask was made to look like a dummy (in the mannequin sense), complete with the broom tied behind him so as to appear to prop the 'dummy' up. Then, when the emcee would announce that the bull was getting close, the 'dummy' would suddenly come to life and run away.

This kind of political satire has gone on for years, and nobody complained about it, including the calls for the bull to trample whomever the 'dummy' was each time. Even now, the comedy duo of Key & Peele skewer Obama in practically every single episode. Is there a reason they're not called out for violating lèse-majesté? Surely, it's not simply because they didn't call for the 'dummy' to be trampled by a raging bull?

Its the only way idiots like him will learn or even think about the issue instead of parroting multicultural/gun control propaganda.

Wow ... Obama's managing to be more dictatorial than the Emperors of Videssos (Turtledove's hard-fantasy roman-a-clef Byzantium), who deliberately allowed themselves to be mocked at the Winter Fairs by clowns dressed up as themselves -- as a way of permitting their populations to harmlessly blow off steam.

That didn't help their Russian pilots, I meant advisors.

50km from Cairo baby. 50km before Kissinger stabbed us in the back and got that "cease fire". Just 50km more.

That's not what you need woman.

You need to kissed. Often. And by a man who knows what he is doing!

Ann Morgan -- "If we are now at a point where the 'jester' (circus clowns) are no longer allowed to criticize the king (president Obama), then our level of freedom and civilization is arguably now below that of medieval Europe."

We've been at that point since arguably the French Revolution and at the very latest 1918 in this country.

The rodeo clowns are the ones who rush in when there is a problem between cowboy and animal. They are absolutely the first responders. So I kinda doubt the required sensitivity training nonsense is going to intimidate them or shame them or make them blubber and cry.

And yet their commission caved in just as fast as any gamma-laden corporate HR department. That's what always surprises me about stories like this -- how fast the accused fall into line and follow the script. A group that's never had a problem like this before gets accused on Saturday, and by Monday people are resigning and banning and sending everyone off for reprogramming.

I'd like to think that if someone accused me of racism, I'd at least hold out for a few days to see if it would blow over before noisily falling on my sword. Why not wait and see what some of your other clients have to say? Some of the kind of people who hire rodeo clowns might take their side, after all. At the least, tell everyone to take more than two days to cool off so they can be rational about it.

This whole clown show insanity reminds me of Krusty from the Simpsons singing "Send in the clowns".

I am as witless as a turkey pullet and wretched enough to just drown myself in my own water dish.

Klown, I swear on my non-honor I had no idea you were gaming me until this morning. Years, Klown, years, you have patiently led me and given me the whole world.

That is the problem right there. Too much honor, too much patience, too much time. I would have gotten it immediately if you'd just not been quite so nice about it.

You thought you were afraid of me Klown. You backed off every single time. I remember. You cared about me too much to risk pushing too hard. And now look at what I've gone and done. Crap.

Another thing here, even if you might argue that clowns should not poke fun at a particular race (and even that argument is contrary to the 2nd amendment, Obama is not simply a 'black man'. He is a POLITICAL FIGURE. As such, he ought properly to be open to any poking fun at, satire, or whatnot, for any reason, by anyone, at any time. Otherwise, where does it end, because if you look hard enough at ANY political figure, they undoubtedly belong to some minority group or the other. Are they bald? Nearsighted? Left handed? Failed 3rd grade? Have type AB negative blood? Have an extra vertebrae in their neck (raises hand)?

Basically, the principal of not being able to criticize a political figure because they belong to some minority or politically correct group is a carte blanche muzzle on the entire second amendment, and can be used to prevent any criticism of anyone.

What's the difference between the black street gang in St. Paul and the Aliens on LV-423?

I'm sorry, no. They landed on LV-223 in the movie Prometheus. The Nostromo with Ripley on board in Alien landed on LV-426, which they also later colonized to set the stage for the movie Aliens.

Worst. Vox Popoli comment. Ever.

What an interesting idea for solving our urban decay problem. Throw a few dozen xenomorphs into Detroit and presto. I wonder if the boys in the bio-weapons division are working on that?

Didn't they already do that? I swear I saw Aliens in the city in one of the arcade Aliens vs. Predator games.

Absolutely! All white dads must painstakingly locate information to counter this slop.

Bombast and pageantry from the Christian Libertarian intelligentsia.

They had to recount something like 6 times to get him in. Even there they had to cheat.

A state commission from the article. You'd think they would have lawyers who understood the phrase "protected speech". This is going to get messy.

Ann Morgan...."Another thing here, even if you might argue that clowns should not poke fun at a particular race (and even that argument is contrary to the 2nd amendment, Obama is not simply a 'black man'. He is a POLITICAL FIGURE."

Obama is not a "black man". His mom is white, his girlfriends have been white, and he was mostly raised by his two white grandparents in Hawaii. Probably the only black men he ever saw were black sailors on shore leave.

Ann Morgan...."Otherwise, where does it end, because if you look hard enough at ANY political figure, they undoubtedly belong to some minority group or the other. Are they bald? Nearsighted? Yes, Obama is left-handed as well as a Leftist. Several have come forward to say that young Obama was bisexual, too. Bet you won't see that question in the MSM.

Ann Morgan......"Basically, the principal of not being able to criticize a political figure because they belong to some minority or politically correct group is a carte blanche muzzle on the entire second amendment, and can be used to prevent any criticism of anyone."

OK Ann, you forced me into this one by citing the second amendment twice in the same post.

The first amendment is about freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of religion, the right of the people to peaceably assemble, and the right to petition the government.

The second amendment is the right of the people to keep and bear arms.

But you are partly correct, the two amendments are certainly related. The second amendment guarantees the first amendment.

Anonymous Ann Morgan August 15, 2013 4:30 PM

Don Reynolds - My bad, you are right of course, it is the first amendment (not the second) that guarantees freedom of speech, and therefore the freedom to criticize people. Thus are the joys of working 3rd shift and writing when I am too groggy.

"The fallout from a Missouri rodeo clown’s mockery of President Obama continued as the Missouri State Fair said it will force all clowns to undergo sensitivity training and the head of the state rodeo-clown organization resigned. The state fair commission voted Monday to ratify its decision to ban for life the clown in question who wore an Obama mask..."

Queue Twilight Zone theme.

So.. a clown offends the powers that be (commits a dreaded thought-crime). He gets kicked out... and all the rest, who did NOT commit the throughtcrime, THEY have to go to the re-education camp, while the guy who committed the (non-) crime doesn't have to do so.

This is so full of fail it should be in Dilbert.
